摘 要:为获得侧向环形聚能切割器射流成型的特点和规律,运用LS-DYNA有限元软件模拟大口径侧向环形切割器两点对称起爆射流成型过程,借助综合性仿真平台Altair Hyper Works,揭示侧向环形射流3个方向速度和形态随切割器圆心角θ的变化规律。结果表明:侧向环形切割器内外侧微元质量不对称性和爆轰时间不同步性是环形射流偏斜和形态不稳定的主要原因;射流轴向速度、径向速度、切向速度随圆心角θ的变化呈不同的规律;随θ增大,射流扭曲变形越来越严重。将电脑仿真技术应用到模拟环形射流成型的高速复杂过程中,研究结果为环形切割器的优化设计提供重要依据。In order to study the characteristics and laws of lateral annular cutter's jet formation,the jet formation process of the large aperture lateral annular cutter with two initiation points was simulated by means of finite element software LS-DYNA. The changing rule of jet velocity and shape along the central angle θ was presented with the help of integrated simulation software Altair Hyper Works. Simulation results show that mass asymmetry and detonation non-synchronization of lateral annular cutter's micro-unit result in jet tilting and distortion. The axial,radical and tangential velocity of jet vary with central angle. The distortion degree of jet increases with θ increasing. Research provides reference for optimal design of lateral annular cutter by applying emulation technique to the simulation of high-speed and complicated process of annular jet formation.
