摘  要:采用粉末冶金工艺制备Ni/Al/W含能反应材料,对比研究550℃烧结温度下烧结时间对Ni/Al/W含能反应材料密度、抗压强度以及显微组织的影响,并通过烧结样品DSC曲线计算得到不同烧结时间Ni/Al/W材料的反应放热量,分析烧结样品的反应放热特征。研究表明,烧结温度为550℃、烧结时间为1~3 h时,Ni/Al/W材料的密度先降低后升高,抗压强度先升高后降低,反应放热量不断减小;烧结时间为2 h时,Ni/Al/W含能反应材料具有相对较高的密度、强度和反应放热量,密度达到9.8 g/cm3,准静态压缩强度为1 150 MPa,反应放热量为121.2 J/g。Ni/Al/W energetic reactive material was fabricated by powder metallurgy. The effect of sintering time on density,mechanical properties and microstructure was studied by comparison of experimental results at sintering temperature of 550 ℃.The heat release of Ni/Al/W energetic reactive material for different sintering time was obtained by calculating the DSC curves and analyzing the characteristics of heat release. The study shows that with the increase of sintering time from 1 h to 3 h at550 ℃,the density of energetic reactive material increases at first and then decreases,the mechanical properties decrease at first and then increase,the energy density decreases. The Ni/Al/W energetic reactive material is of high density,high mechanical properties and high reaction heat release when the sintering time is 2 h,in which the density is 9.8 g/cm3,the quasistatic compressive strength is 1 150 MPa and the reaction heat release is 121.2 J/g.
