森林浴对军队高血压患者血管功能及相关因素的影响

摘　　要：目的观察来某院军队休养员中高血压患者的血管功能,并通过森林浴干预,观察患者血管功能变化,并对相关因素进行分析,探讨森林浴对血管功能的影响。方法选择来院休养员中患有高血压者190例作为研究对象,根据服药与否分为药物组、非药物组,并将100例血压正常军队休养员作为对照组;观察患者血管功能并分析相关因素改变情况。结果药物组及非药物组通过森林浴治疗,内皮依赖性血管功能(flow mediated dilation,FMD)和非内皮依赖性血管功能(nitroglycerin mediated dilation,NMD)、动脉弹性指度(Ba PWV)、颈动脉内中膜厚度(IMT)均有明显改变。结论森林浴对军队高血压患者血管功能有着明显的改善作用。Objective To explore the influence of forest bath on vascular function by observing the vascular func-tion in military convalescents with hypertension, and the changes of vascular function after forest bath with analysis of the relevant factors.Methods 190 convalescents with hypertension were selected as the research objects, who were di- vided into drug group and non-drug group, then 100 convalescents with normotension were taken as control group.The vascular function and relevant factor changes were observed and analyzed. Results After forest bath, flow mediated dilation（FMD） ,nitroglycerin mediated dilation（NMD）,Bapwv, and IMT in the drug group and the non-drug group showed significant changes.Conclusion Forest bath shows remarkable improvement effects on vascular function in military patients with hypertension.
