摘　　要：特发性肺纤维化是一种原因不明的、进行性的、局限于肺部的弥漫性肺泡炎和肺泡结构紊乱,最终导致以肺纤维化伴蜂窝状改变为特征的疾病。由于其发病机制较为复杂,目前尚无有效的治疗措施,预后差,中医药在其治疗上取得了一定的效果,作者从中医药的辨证和治疗上做一综述,以为本病的进一步研究和治疗提供思路。Idiopathic pulmonary interstitial fibrosis is a kind of diffuse pulmonary alveolitis and alveolar structure disorder, unexplained, progressive, limited to the lung, which finally leads to the disease featured with pulmonary fi- brosis with honeycomb change.Due to its complex pathogenesis,there is no effective treatment and the prognosis is poor, while traditional Chinese medicine has a certain effect in the treatment, and the author makes a summary from the differentiation and treatment of TCM, so as to provide ideas for further research and treatment of this disease.
