摘　　要：以1-(3-氨基苯基)-5-疏基四唑、氯甲酸苯酯和甲基羟胺盐酸盐为原料两步反应合成1-[3-(1-羟基-1-甲基-苯脲基)]-5-巯基四唑。通过实验对反应温度、反应时间、物料比等因素进行讨论确定了反应的最佳反应条件。整个反应工艺稳定可重复性强,产品的最终收率达到了87%,液色纯度达到了96%。The product 1-[3-（1-hydroxy-Phenylureido）]-5-mercaptotetrazole was synthesized from 1-（3-aminophenyl）- 5-mercaptotetrazole, phenyl chloroformate and N-methylhydroxylamine hydrochloride. The reaction conditions such as reaction temperature, reaction time and material ratio were discussed. The whole reaction process is stable and reproducible. what is more, the final yield of the product reaches 87%, and the purity of liquid color reaches 96%.
