摘　　要：本文通过以甲酸和乙酸酐制取甲乙酐,然后对N,N’-二(2,2,6,6-四甲基-4-哌啶基)-1,6-己二胺进行甲酰化,制得受阻胺类光稳定剂UV-90(N,N'-二(2,2,6,6-四甲基-4-哌啶)-N,N'-二甲酰基己二胺)。考察了溶剂用量、反应时间、反应温度和物料配比等对反应的影响,确定了最佳反应条件,产品收率稳定在96%。In this paper, methyl ethyl anhydride was prepared by the reaction of formic acid and acetic anhydride, which was used to prepare the hindered amine light stabilizer UV-90 by the formylation reaction. According to the effects of solvent dosage, reaction time, reaction temperature and material ratio on the reaction, the optimum reaction conditions were determined. The yield of the product is stable at 96%.
