摘　　要：美、俄、德及新加坡四国是全球图书馆事业较为发达的国家,其开展阅读推广活动具备先进的理念和成熟的实践。通过对四国阅读推广现状的分析和研究,从服务理念、法律支撑、理论研究等方面总结阅读推广的先进经验,为我国图书馆阅读推广活动的开展提供启示和借鉴。The United States, Russia, Germany and Singapore which have advanced ideas and mature practice in reading promotion activities are fast developed countries in the domain of library. Through analyzing and researching the present situations of the four countries, we can summarize the experiences from these aspects： service concept, legal support, theoretical research and so on. These researches can provide inspiration and reference for our country＇ s reading promotion activities.
