摘 要:蟋蟀是对土遗址造成安全威胁的一种重要生物病害,采用叶片载毒饲虫法,用苦皮藤素、甲拌磷乳液、报春花3种药物对蟋蟀进行了杀虫试验。结果表明,2%的3种不同杀虫剂对蟋蟀都有较好的杀灭作用,在10 h蟋蟀的死亡率都达到了100%,考虑到3种药物对环境的影响,最终采用植物源苦皮藤素作为杀虫剂;不同浓度的苦皮藤素中,2%~4%的苦皮藤素对蟋蟀杀虫效果最为突出。该研究结果为防治土遗址中的蟋蟀病害提供了依据。The cricket is a sort of insect to hurt the earthen sites. The insecticidal test was carried out to the wire worm through the Celangulin, Phorate emulsion, and Primula pesticide by insect feeding method. The results show that it has good effect to kill the cricket by three kinds of insecticides of 2 % and the mortality of the cricket nearly reaches 100 %. Considering the effects of three drugs on the envi- ronment, the plant source Celangulins is chosen as insecticides. It is also shown that the concentrations of celangulin 2%-4% are the most suitable among the different concentrations for the killing of crickets.
