摘　　要：随着计算机技术的发展,视频编码技术在视频监控中的作用越来越重要,它对视频监控系统中的图像质量、网络传输带宽、系统间的互联互通、资源共享等很多方面都具有十分重要的作用。文章主要介绍了高速铁路综合视频监控系统总体构成,并对高速铁路综合视频监控系统编码技术方案选择等进行了分析。With the development of computer technology, video encoding technology has played a more and more important role in video monitoring, and in the image quality in video monitoring system, network bandwidth and interoperability between systems, resource sharing and other many respects, it also plays an important role. This paper mainly introduces the overall structure of the high speed railway integrated video monitoring system and analyzes encoding technology schemes selection of high speed railway integrated video monitoring system.
