摘　　要：安全保卫工作是医院管理的重要组成部分,医院的安全直接影响医护人员的心态、医疗服务的质量以及医院的社会形象等。因此,医院的安全保卫工作也要纳入到医院的信息化、精细化管理之中,构建"人机协调、管控结合"的安全防控体系,是创新医院安全管理的重要举措。The security work is an important part of hospital management, the safety of the hospital directly affects the quality of medical staffs attitude, medical services as.weU as the social image of the hospital and so on. Hospital security work, therefore, should also be incorporated into hospital informationization, fine management, to build ＂man-machine coordination and control in combination with＂ safety prevention and control system, is the important measure of safety management innovation hospital.
