摘　　要：介绍Gleeble-3800热/力模拟试验机在新钢实际应用中的几个典型试验,包括相变点测量及CCT曲线试验、高温热塑性试验、单道/多道次变形试验和HAZ焊接热影响区热模拟试验等,这些试验可用来解决连铸、轧钢等生产中存在的一些问题。Several typical applications are introduced for Gleeble- 3800 thermal simulated test machine in Xinyu Steel which include phase transition point measurement,CCT curve test,hot ductility test,single pass / multi passes deformation test and HAZ in welding and etc. They can be used to solve some problems in the production of continuous casting,rolling and so on.
