摘 要:为解决中药材加工过程产生的中药药渣资源浪费问题,将妇科千金片生产过程中产生的药渣发酵制备有机肥用于中药半夏种植.结果表明,妇科千金片药渣发酵制备的有机肥能有效促进半夏出芽,显著增加半夏株高、茎粗、株芽数、叶片数、叶长、叶宽,提高半夏茎质量、株芽质量、叶片质量及地上部总质量,对半夏地下球茎质量、根质量、地下部总质量及单株质量(地上部与地下部总质量)的增加效果显著.方法为中药药渣的再利用提供理论依据和技术支撑,同时为半夏增产提供一种新的施肥方法.To solve the problem of wasting the drug residue of traditional Chinese medicine during its pro- cessing, the drug residue generated in the production of gynecologic Qianjin tablets is used to produce or- ganic fertilizer which is applied in the cultivation of traditional Chinese medicine named pinellia ternate. The results show that, this organic fertilizer can promote the sprouting of pinellia ternate, increase the plant height, stem diameter, shoot number, leaf number, leaf length and leaf width, enhance stem weight, bud weight, leaf weight and plant weight of shoot, and meanwhile, significantly increase the root weight, total weight, weight per plant(underground and aboveground and underground weight). This study can provide a theoretical basis and technical support for the reuse of traditional Chinese medicine residues, and provide a new method to increase the yield of pinellia temata.
