提高棒材生产线冷床裙板机构耐磨性的实践

摘　　要：介绍了选用耐磨性高的合金材质对棒材生产线冷床裙板机构的输入辊道和裙板进行改造的实践。通过在结构设计上分别选用合金辊环过盈连接和梯形槽内镶嵌耐磨合金衬板的形式,仅在受力磨损部位选用耐磨材料,不仅提高了输入辊道和裙板的使用寿命,还节约了改造成本,取得了良好的改造效果。The practice is introduced to reform the entry roll table and apron board of cooling bed of bar production line with alloy material of high abrasion resistance ： in structure design, selecting separately alloy roll ring interference fitting or inlaying abrasion - resistant alloy liner in dovetail groove. These measures, to select the abrasion - resistant materials only in the loading and wearing part, do not only prolong the work life of entry roll table and apron board, but also save reformation cost, so the good effect got.
