摘　　要：介绍了硫精砂制酸点火开车技术的改进与创新,采用矿渣铺底料、通气前投煤粉保温、通气时少量投矿及辅助投颗粒硫磺来控制炉温和气浓等措施,解决了开车过程对环境污染大、生产事故风险高的难题,达到无污染、安全、一次性开车成功的目的。对开车的各项准备工作和操作要点、控制指标均作了详细描述。The technology improvement and innovation in sulphuric acid production based on pyrite concentrate were introduced. The furnace temperature and gas concentration were controlled by taking several measures, such as using the slag as a laying material, loading the coal powder prior to gas purging to maintain temperature, loading small amount of ore during gas purging, and blending with granulated sulphur. These measures effectively solved the problems, such as heavy environmental pollution and high risks of accidents, during start-up operation, achieved one trial success with a safe operation and no environmental pollution. Preparation, key operation points, and control indicators were described in details.
