摘 要:本试验选用淅川乌骨鸡、培育的新品系青胫隐性白羽鸡和黄胫丝毛鸡,组成淅川乌骨鸡♂×淅川乌骨鸡♀、淅川乌骨鸡♂×青胫隐性白羽鸡♀、淅川乌骨鸡♂×黄胫丝毛鸡♀3个组合,分析F1代0周龄、6周龄和16周龄的肤色、胫色的变化,胫色与肤色的关系及淅川乌骨鸡♂×黄胫丝毛鸡♀肤色胫色与性别的关系等。结果表明:1从肤色上分析,纯繁组、淅川乌骨鸡×青胫隐性白组没有浅乌肤出现,只有深乌和黄白两种肤色。而淅川乌骨鸡×黄胫丝毛鸡组浅乌肤个体较多。3个组合的F1代,随着的周龄增加,乌肤比例增加,浅肤个体减少。2从胫色看,纯繁组、淅川乌骨鸡×青胫隐性白组的后代胫色逐渐加深,至16周龄,几乎全部是深乌色。淅川乌骨鸡×黄胫丝毛鸡组的后代深乌胫的比例变化较少,6周龄时浅乌肤个体几乎都变成了黄白胫,所以黄白胫的比例急剧增加。整体来看胫色与肤色基本呈现一致性,深乌胫时,肤色多为深乌肤且深乌胫深乌肤的比例呈上升趋势。本研究显示:淅川乌骨鸡×青胫隐性白杂交组后代能较好地保持亲本的胫色肤色,且随着周龄的增加胫色肤色具有时效性。3个组合不能根据胫色和肤色进行雌雄鉴别。Xichuan black-bone chicken,the new strains Blue Shank Recessive White and Yellow Shank Silky Chicken were used as the material in this study. Three F1 generations produced from three combinations(Xichuan Black-bone ♂×Xichuan Black-bone♀(XX),Xichuan Black-bone♂×Blue Shank Recessive White♀(XG)and Xichuan Black-bone ♂ ×Yellow Shank Silky chicken ♀(XY)). The alteration of skin and shank color,and the relationship between skin and shank color in three F1 generations,color of skin shank color and gender relations of XY were analyzed at the 0 days of age,6 weeks of age,and 16 weeks of age,respectively. The results of skin color showed that the deep black and yellow skin were observed but not the light skin black chicken in the F1 generation of XX group and the XG group. In the XY group,more light black-skinned individuals were observed and the black skin color individual increased and the light skin color reduced with the increase of weeks age. As can be seen from the shank color of the F1 generations of the XX and the XG group were deepened,to 16 week of age,almost all the shank color were deep black color. In the XY group,the individauls of the deep black shank color had tiny changed,but all the light black-skinned turned into yellow shank color and the yellow shank individauls had increased dramatically at 6 weeks of age. Overall,the shank color and the skin color emerge consistency and the ratio was upward trend. The results showed that the F1 generation from XG group can maintain parent shank color and skin color,and the expression of skin and shank color had time effectiveness. However,these three combinations were not auto-sexing line on shank color or skin color.
