摘　　要：针对当前车载跟踪定位的迫切需求,设计了移动汽车跟踪定位智能系统,开发了移动汽车硬件监控平台,采用VC++与GIS结合技术作为开发工具,使用硬件支撑的方法实施GPS模块定位和校对,借助于滤波GPS数据提高汽车定位精准度。经过测试和应用,该系统能够对GPS/GSM监控终端移动的所有车辆实施在线监控,减小GPS定位产生的误差,实时监控车辆行驶安全情况。Aiming at the urgent needs of the current vehicle tracking and positioning, the design of mobile car tracking intelligence system developed mobile car hardware monitoring platform, using VC ＋＋ and GIS combination of technology as a development tool, using hardware supported method of GPS module positioning and proofreading, with to filter GPS vehicle location data to improve accuracy. After testing and application, the system can all vehicle GPS / GSM mobile terminal monitor implementation of on-line monitoring, reduce errors generated by GPS positioning real-time monitoring of traffic safety situation.
