摘 要:轮对装置是构成列车重要组成部件之一,其承载车辆的全部静、动载荷.传统的定期检修方式效率低,故需要探讨轮对几何参数的动态检测方法,实现列车运行时轮对状态的实时检测.轮对内侧距作为轮对参数的重要组成部分,准确测量其数据对轮对状态的实时检测有重要意义.本文首先分析了国内外轮对内侧距检测技术和测量方法,然后就轮对内侧距测量模块的优化和辅助工装设计进行分析,研制一种新的轮对内侧距的测量系统,试验结果表明可以有效的对内侧距进行测量.As one of the important components in train, wheel set carries all the static and dynamic loads of vehicles. The traditional on-time maintenance method is inefficient, so it is necessary to design dynamic detection method for wheel set geometric parameters to realize the real-time detection of train wheel set state. As an important part of wheel set parameters, the accurate measurement of its distance plays an important role in the calculation and design of wheel set. Both the domestic and foreign testing technology and measurement method of wheel set's medial distance are analysed, and the measurement module and analyzed its supporting tooling design are optimized. Based on these researches a new method of medial distance measurement is proposed, and it is found that the medial distances can be measured effectively with this method.
