摘　　要：建立工程造价咨询职业保险制度是完善工程造价咨询市场管理制度的重要配套措施.从政治环境、技术环境、经济环境以及风险可保性4个方面阐述并论证了建立造价咨询责任保险制度的可行性,并提出着重从建立造价咨询企业绩效评价与动态费率、咨询行业风险与保险赔偿的对接制度、组建注册造价工程师责任鉴定委员会等方面构建工程造价咨询职业保险制度.The establishment of engineering cost consultation and professional insurance system is an important supporting measures to improve the management system of engineering cost consulting market. The four aspects, namely, the political environment, technical environment, economic environment and risk insurability are described in the study, and the feasibility of establishing the liability insurance system of cost consulting are described in the study, and then construction of insurance system on engineering cost consulting in terms of two sides are put forward. On the one hand, it is to establish the cost consultation enterprise performance evaluation and dynamic rate, the consultation industry risk and insurance compensation of the docking system ; on the other hand, it is to build a registered cost engineer responsibility appraisal committee.
