摘 要:施工企业应用BIM已然是大势所趋,并逐步成为各个施工企业核心竞争力的重要体现.新技术的应用必然带来诸多风险,有效的风险因素分析是施工企业在应用BIM中成功进行风险管理的关键因素之一.基于天津高银金融117大厦项目,通过调查访问和三轮德尔菲法专家问卷调查,建立了施工企业应用BIM的风险因素评价体系;利用AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process,AHP,层次分析法)对其进行定量分析,得出施工企业应用BIM需要考虑的5个层级22个主要风险因素,为施工企业应用BIM时进行风险分析与管理提供参考.The BIM application of construction enterprise is already the general trend of times and gradually becomes an important manifestation of the core competitiveness of each construction enterprise. The application of new technology will inevitably bring a lot of risk, and the effective risk factor analysis is one of the key factors for the success of the construction enterprises in the application of BIM risk management. In this paper, based on Tianjin Goldin Finance 117 Building project, through the investigation and three Delphi expert questionnaire, the evaluation system of risk factors for BIM application of construction enterprises is established, and using AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process, AHP) quantitative analysis method to carry out the construction, the main 22 risk factors of 5 levels needed to consider by enterprises are obtained, and the valuable reference for the construction of enterprise BIM application of risk analysis and management is provided.
