摘  要:选取不锈钢微球和铝粉为形状和密度差异大的两组元颗粒,采用盘式混料机进行混合,系统研究了颗粒润湿剂用量、混合时间、混合转速和料罐填充率对物料混合度的影响。采用变异系数法分析了混合物料的混合度。结果表明,最佳混合工艺参数为:颗粒润湿剂用量1.5%(质量分数)、混合时间90 min、混合转速40 r/min和料罐填充率30%,其物料混合度为93.4%;4种混合因素对混合度的影响程度为:混合时间<料罐填充率<混合转速<颗粒润湿剂用量。Two-component particles with big variance in shapes and densities of stainless steel microspheres and aluminum powders were mixed by the disc mixer. The influence of particle wetting agent dosage,mixing time,mixing speed and filling rate on the mixing degree of mixed powders were studied systematically. The mixing degree was discussed by variation coefficient method. Results show that optimal mixing process parameters are as follows:particle wetting agent dosage of 1.5%(mass percent),mixing time of 90 min,mixing speed of 40 r/min and filling rate of 30%. The optimal mixing degree is 93.4%. The influence degree of four kinds of mixing factors on the mixing degree is as follows:mixing time〈filling rate〈mixing speed〈particle wetting agent dosage.
