综合保温措施在预防老年肠癌患者围术期低体温的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨综合保温措施对老年肠癌开腹手术患者体温的影响。方法:选择2015年4月~2016年8月在我院全身麻醉下行开腹手术治疗的肠癌老年患者80例,并随机等分为观察组和对照组,观察组采取综合保温措施,包括控制室温、输液加温等;对照组给予常规保温措施。记录患者麻醉前、麻醉后、手术开始30,60,90,120,150 min及手术结束时的体温变化,比较两者患者的寒颤发生率、苏醒时间、术后切口感染率。结果:观察组患者术中及手术结束时的体温高于对照组且较对照组稳定;苏醒时间短于对照组,寒颤、切口感染的发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对开腹手术的肠癌老年患者采取综合保温措施可维持术中体温稳定,预防低体温发生,提高手术安全性。Objective： To discuss the influence of comprehensive insulation measures on body temperature of elderly patients intestinal cancer receiving laparotomy. Methods： Selected 80 elderly patients with intestinal cancer receiving laparotomy under general anesthesia in our hospital from April 2015 to August2016,and they were divided into observation group and control group randomly,comprehensive insulation measures were taken for the observation group,including room temperature control and transfusion heating; and routine insulation measures were taken for the control group. The variation of body temperature of the patients before and after anesthesia,30,60,90,120 and 150 min after operation and upon completion of the temperature was recorded,and comparison was made between the two groups in shivering incidence,awakening time and post-operation incision infection rate. Results： The body temperature of patients in the observation group during and after temperature was higher than that of the control group and was more stable than that in the control group; the awakening time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group and the incidence rate of shivering and incision infection in the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Comprehensive insulation measures for the elderly patients with intestinal cancer receiving laparotomy could maintain the body temperature stable during operation,prevent the occurring of hypothermia and improve the operation safety.
