摘 要:随着探究型实验教学改革在浙江大学化学实验教学中心的逐步推进,实验教辅工作呈现出多样性和复杂性。实验技术人员通过不断学习应对改革带来的新局面,做到对实验教学内容和现状了如指掌,对实验仪器设备管理得当,对教学改进的研究具有独特的见解。经过3年之余的改革实践表明,探究型实验覆盖面的扩大不仅提高了学生的实验综合技能,更使得实验技术人员对教学、科研、实验室管理工作兼顾的综合能力得以提高,从而在探索和完善探究型实验教学模式中发挥积极作用。As the explorative experimental teaching reform forward in Experimental Chemistry Center of Zhejiang University,the work of supporting staff on experimental teaching becomes variety and complexity. Through constant learning,the experimental technicians are able to reply the new situation,try to be well acquainted with experimental teaching content and current situation,manage the instrument and equipment properly,and have unique view about the research of teaching improvement. The practice shows that with the growth of explorative experiments students 'experiment operation skill is improved notably,and the experimental technicians' general ability such as account of teaching,scientific research and laboratory management,play active roles in exploring and improving the explorative experimental teaching model.
