基于国际权威认证体系的井控实训教学探索

摘　　要：实训教学是大学教育的重要组成部分,实训模式的先进性和有效性决定着教学的质量。国际权威认证体系引领着行业的发展,受到同行业的认可,可为大学实训教学提供借鉴。以井控实训教学为例,基于井控领域的国际钻井承包商协会(IADC)和国际井控论坛(IWCF)两个权威机构的认证体系,进行了井控实训教学探索。根据两个认证体系对培训设备的要求,结合本专业教学的特点和需求,自主研制了一套先进的井控实训平台,建设了井控实训实验室。参照认证体系中"监督级"的培训及认证要求,规划了井控实训内容。实训教学中采用了理论授课、标准化视频学习、小组讨论学习和模拟操作训练相结合的教学方法,教学过程中采用行政班和小组制结合的形式,取得了较好的教学效果。Practice teaching is an important part of college education. The advancement and the effectiveness of training pattern determine the quality of practice teaching. International authoritative certification systems which lead the industry development can provide reference for college practical teaching. Based on the requirement of authoritative certification systems of the International Association of Drilling Contractors and the International Well Control Forum,practical teaching of well control is carried out. According to the requirement of the two certification systems and the needs of the professional teaching,an advanced well control training platform is developed and the well control training laboratory is constructed. Based on the requirement of supervisor rank in certification system,the training content is determined. Several teaching methods are adopted,such as theory teaching,standardized video learning,group discussion and simulated operation training. In teaching process,the combined form of administrative class and small is used. The practical teaching of well control based on certification system of international authority has achieved good teaching effect.
