摘　　要：分析高校仪器设备管理工作的现状及高校仪器设备全生命周期管理中的特点,在高校现有的信息化建设基础上,完成了与仪器设备全生命周期管理相关部门的业务系统融合,实现了基础数据在各部门之间的共享和流转。通过建设多部门协同的仪器设备全生命周期管理系统,实现了对仪器设备的规范化、科学化管理,保证了高校仪器设备在生命周期内可追溯,对提高仪器设备使用效率发挥了重要的作用。The characteristics and situation of university equipment life cycle management are analyzed. Based on the information construction of universities,a management system is designed to complete information integration of related departments. Essential data can be shared and exchanged between these departments. The construction and implementation of multi-department cooperation equipment lifecycle management system achieve the standardization and scientific management of instruments and equipment, and have important effects on instruments and equipment management.
