茅苍术内生真菌的分离及抗肿瘤细胞活性筛选

摘　　要：近年来,植物内生菌在抗肿瘤天然药物的研究取得了很大的进展。本实验从植物茅苍术中利用纯培养方法和组织块法分离获得57株内生真菌,其中,从根中分离得到20株,叶中分离得到19株,茎中分离得到16株,果实中分离得到2株。对57株内生真菌的抗肿瘤活性进行筛选研究,结果表明,菌株KLMPAL027发酵液对人肝癌HepG2细胞抑制率达到63.76%。In recent years, the studies of plant endophyte have made great progress in the antitumor natural medi cine. In present study, 57 strains of endophytic fungi were isolated from Atractylodes lancea, 20 strains were isolaled from the root, 19 strains from the leaves, 16 strains from the stem and 2 strains from the fruits. The results showed that strain KLMPAL027 fermentation liquid could inhibit the growth of human hepatocellular carcinoma cell line HepG2, the rate was 63.76 %.
