摘  要:铜铅锌多金属硫化矿为我国重工业的发展提供了重要的资源,在我国铜铅锌矿的特点是典型的"贫细杂散",这种趋势越来越严重。如何提高铜铅锌多金属硫化矿的综合利用率,最大程度地分离铜铅锌矿是目前我国矿产业所面临的主要难题。本文以位于我国江西省的七宝山铜铅锌金属矿为实例,将传统的铜铅锌优先浮选工艺进行了适当的调整,优化了药剂的使用制度,浮选药剂的效率更高,与传统工艺相比,新工艺的分离水平更高,可使生产成本大幅度降低并且经济效益达到最大化。The copper lead zinc polymetallic sulfide ore is an important resource for the development of heavy industry in our country. The characteristics of copper lead zinc mine in our country is a typical "thin and poor spur", which is becoming more and more serious. How to improve the comprehensive utilization rate of copper lead zinc polymetallic sulfide ore, the greatest degree of separation of copper lead zinc mine is the main problem facing China's mining industry. In this paper, Jiangxi province is located in China's Qibaoshan lead-zinc mine as an example, the traditional copper lead zinc flotation process adjusted to optimize the use of pharmaceutical system, the efficiency of flotation reagent is higher, compared with the traditional process, the new process of the higher level of separation, can make the production cost greatly reduce and maximize the economic benefits.
