摘　　要：网络安全审查是我国为提升国家网络安全保障能力的创新制度。国家互联网信息办公室发布的《网络产品和服务安全审查办法》(征求意见稿)对我国的网络安全审查制度的若干要素进行了明确,细化规定了审查内容、审查机构和审查程序等相关内容。本文对征求意见稿的规定进行了梳理,总结了我国网络安全审查的组织结构和审查流程,并对其中的争议点进行分析论述,提出了修改完善的建议。Cyber security review is an innovation system to enhance the ability of national cyber security. The ＂Cyber Product and Service Security Review Guidelines ＂ （Draft）, issued by State Internet Information Office （ SIIC ） , has clear provisions on China＇s cyber security review system, and detailed some facet such as review content, review institutions and review procedures. In this paper, we combed the provisions of the draft, summed up the organizational structure and process of China＇s cyber security review, then analyze the controversial points, and finally put forward some suggestions to amend and improve.
