摘  要:针对岩巷综掘面粉尘质量浓度高且难以控制的难题,利用数值模拟与现场测试相结合的手段分析了多径向涡形风控制岩巷综掘面粉尘污染规律.结果表明:多径向涡形风应用后,压风量、压抽比越小,越利于形成轴向指向迎头流动且风速均匀的控尘风幕;压风量越大,压抽比越小,50mg/m3以上粉尘扩散距离越小,并得出了随压风量、压抽比变化的函数关系;压抽比为0.75时,形成的控尘风幕较优,高质量浓度粉尘扩散距离为3.4m,掘进机司机处粉尘质量浓度为19.6mg/m3,且易于现场应用.现场测试与数值模拟结果基本一致,应用多径向涡形风且压抽比为0.75时,距迎头5.5m断面测点的粉尘质量浓度已降至18.9mg/m3以内.High concentrations of the dust in fully mechanized rock headings is still a troublesome issue. In order to control the dust effectively, the numerical simulation and in-situ tests of the dust controlling method using multi-radial vortex air curtain have been carried out in this research. The results show that the less forcing airflow, the better ability to form the multi-radial vortex air curtain. Similarly, the less airflow ratio of the forcing system on exhausting system also gave better forming ability. The more forcing airflow was supplied, the less airflow ratio was, and the shorter diffusion distance of concentration dust above 50mg/m3 was. The functional relationship of the distance change with forcing airflow volume and airflow ratio were obtained. When the airflow ratio was 0. 75, the dust controlling air curtain was optimum. The diffusion distance of high concentration dust was 3.4m and the dust concentration at the driver position in mechanized road header was 19.6mg/m3 ,which is easier to apply in the field. The numerical simulation results were in good agreement with the in-situ tests, and measuring point on the section being 5. 5m away from the heading face the dust concentration of was reduced to 18. 9mg/m3 after the application of the multi-radial vortex air curtain.
