摘　　要：目的构建人口健康信息平台上健康教育网站的效用评价指标,为新环境下加强公办健康教育网站的建设提供依据。方法应用Delphi法,选择卫生管理、信息化、健康教育和相关领域专家共24人开展指标筛选、修订及重要性评判。结果两轮咨询表总回收率为91.7%,专家权威系数为0.818。经过指标筛选及修订,人口健康信息平台上健康教育网站的效用评价指标包括5项一级指标、13项二级指标和47项三级指标。结论初步建立起人口健康信息平台上健康教育网站的效用评价指标,有待在实践中应用与完善。Objective To establish utility evaluation index for health education websites on population health information platform, providing evidence for strengthening construction of governmental health education websites in new era. Methods Delphi method was applied to choose a total of 24 experts from health management, information technology, health education and related fields for index screening, revising and importance evaluation. Results The total response rates of two rounds of consultation was 91.7%, the authority coefficient was 0.818. After index screening and revision, 5 indexes of first level, 13 indexes of second level and 47 indexes of third level were selected. Conclusions Optimal evaluation index for health education websites on population health information platform was preliminarily established, remaining to be tested and improved in practice.
