我国部分省级健康教育专业机构微信公众平台现状研究  

Study on status of WeChat public platforms created bypartial province-level health education board in China

摘　　要：目的了解我国部分省级健康教育专业机构微信公众平台现状,为在移动互联时代利用新媒体开展健康传播工作提供参考。方法检索微信认证省级健康教育机构公众号,对其基本情况及2016年6月20日—26日期间推送的信息相关指标进行分析。结果 8个省级机构公众号中,2家由专业协会运营,7家设置了健康相关栏目,3家开通了留言功能。有6家每周推送信息5次及以上,其中3家对推送的信息的信源进行了标注。各公众号推送内容绝大部分为健康科普类信息,其次为自身开展的健康传播活动宣传。各公众号信息推送时间多在工作时间发送。8个公众号阅读量从高到低依次为浙江、北京、湖北、重庆、天津、江苏、青海、吉林;点赞数从高到低依次为北京、浙江、江苏、重庆、湖北、天津、青海、吉林。结论健康教育专业机构承担着健康信息管理与发布的重要职能,应利用好微信这个新媒体健康传播平台,加强应用微信公众平台开展健康传播能力的建设。Objective To understand the utilization status of WeChat public platforms created by partial provincelevel health education board, and provide reference for development of new media utilization in health communication in mobile internet era. Methods The official WeChat accounts were searched, which were identified and created by province-level health education boards. The index related to basic situation and released contents were analyzed from June 20th to 26th, 2016. Results A total of 8 official WeChat accounts were collected. In 8 accounts, 2 of them were operated by professional association; 7 of them set up health related column; 3 of thcmopened message function; 6 of them released messages 5 times per week or more, and the sources of released messages were indicated by 3 accounts. Most of contents released by each official account were general scientific health information. And then the information of public health communication activities was pushed by most of official account. The release time of each public platform was mostly during working time. Based on the amounts of reading, the rank of 8 official accounts was listed as following： Zhejiang, Beijing, Hubei, Chongqing, Tianjin, Jiangsu, Qinghai and Jilin. Based on the amounts of voting, the rank of 8 official accounts was listed as following： Beijing, Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Chongqing, Hubei, Tianjin, Qinghai and Jilin. Conclusion Management and announcement of health information are the important functions of health education professional board. The health communication media included WeChat, a kind of new media, should be paid more attention. And the capacity construction of implementing We- Chat public platform to carry out health communication should be strengthened.
