城市化发展的反思与转型——以加拿大、墨西哥和古巴为分析例证

摘　　要：当前,中国城市化进入了转变发展方式、探索新的发展路径的关键发展阶段。考察借鉴和学习其他国家推进城市化发展的路径和经验,对中国城市化的顺利推进具有重要参考价值。以美洲三个不同类型的国家(加拿大、墨西哥和古巴)为分析例证,可以发现,一个国家的城市化进程受到该国自然、经济、社会、政治和文化的影响,从属于该国的总体发展过程。在资源、环境和人口等制约条件下,借鉴国外城市化发展经验,提升中国城市化发展质量,无疑是对人类文明的重大贡献,为此,可考虑推进城市化由杂乱无序转向科学规划、由粗放扩张转向绿色生态质量提升、由追求规模增长转向注重城市文化建设、由单一发展转向统筹协调发展。At present, China＇s urbanization has entered into a key stage of development to change the way of development and ex- plore new development paths. It is of great reference value to learn from the path and experience of other countries to promote the devel- opment of urbanization and to promote the smooth progress of urbanization in China. Based on the analysis of three different types of countries in the Americas （Canada, Mexico, Cuba） , it can be found that the process of urbanization in a country is affected by the nat- ural, economic, social, political and cultural nature of the country. Under the constraints of resources, environment and population, it is undoubtedly a great contribution to the development of urbanization in China, and it is undoubtedly a great contribution to the devel- opment of human civilization. It is necessary to consider promoting the urbanization from disorderly to scientific planning, from exten- sive expansion to green ecological quality improvement, from the pursuit of scale growth to the focus of urban culture, from a single de- velopment to the overall development of coordinated development.
