摘　　要：互联网发展背景下的金融模式创新是互联网技术与金融持续交织、耦合与互动,生成新模式的过程。互联网发展产生了金融模式创新的物质基础和功能基础,金融抑制、制度变迁和信息不对称为互联网基础上的金融模式创新提供了环境和空间,可以从经济社会属性、产业组织属性和功能属性等角度来认识金融模式的创新方向。互联网发展推动了金融模式的创新,改变着传统金融生态、业态和模式,应深刻认识互联网发展对金融模式改变的重要影响,借助于互联网技术的进步实现金融模式的创新和发展。Under the background of the development of the Internet, the innovation of financial model is the process that the Inter- net technology and finance are intertwined, coupled and interacted with each other. The development of Internet has produced the mate- rial basis and functional basis of financial innovation. Financial repression, institutional change and asymmetric information provide the environment and space for the innovation of financial model on the Internet. From the perspective of economic and social attributes, in- dustrial organization attributes and functional attributes, we can understand the innovation direction of financial model. The development of Internet has promoted the innovation of financial model, and changed the traditional financial ecology. We should be deeply aware of the impact of the development of the Internet on the financial model changes, and achieve innovation and transformation of the financial model with the help of the progress of Internet technology.
