以人文素质教育加强大学生违法犯罪预防研究

摘　　要：大学生违法犯罪是亟须解决的一个现实问题。通过加强人文素质教育防患于未然,是降低社会治理成本,维护校园安全的有效对策。目前,高校人文素质教育的缺失及针对性不足有碍大学生形成正确的信念,需要加强道德教育、法治教育、人文教育等,为预防大学生违法犯罪构筑起一道牢固的信念屏障,以期最终遏制大学生违法犯罪现象发生。人文素质教育是内化于心的智慧启迪,外化于行的规范规制和失范制裁同样非常重要。College students＇ illegal crimes has become a problem to be solved urgently. The best way to reduce the cost of social governance and to maintain a safe campus is to prevent crimes from happening by strengthening liberal arts education. At present, the lack of liberal arts education in colleges and the lack of pertinence can binder the formation of correct beliefs of college students, so that moral education, law education and liberal education should be strengthened to construct a strong belief barrier for preventing college students from committing crimes, and ultimately to curb the occurrence of illegal crime in campus. Liberal arts education is the enlight- enment of wisdom, but formulation of judicial norms and sanctions are equally very important.
