摘　　要：胍基乙酸不仅可以通过刺激肌酸合成来提高细胞能量代谢,还具有多种生理功能。文章综述了胍基乙酸几种不同的生理作用,其中包括刺激激素释放、调节神经、节约精氨酸、调节细胞氧化状态等。Guanidine acetic acid can not only improve the cell energy metabolism by stimulating the synthesis of creatine, also has a variety of physiological functions. This article reviewed several different physiological effects of guanidine acetic acid, including stimulating hormone releasing, regulating nerve, saving arginine, regulating cell antioxidant status.
