摘　　要：过瘤胃蛋白质也被称作瘤胃非降解蛋白质,是指在饲料蛋白质消化过程中未被瘤胃降解而进入小肠的部分。过瘤胃蛋白质可以提高反刍动物的生产性能,增加肠道内优质蛋白质的含量,提高蛋白质利用率,降低氮的环境污染,是反刍动物所需氨基酸的重要来源。文章就过瘤胃蛋白的保护方法、作用以及在生产中的应用作以综述。Rumen escape protein, also called ruminally undegraded protein （RUP）, is the part of crude protein （CP） which can＇t degradation by rumen and turn into the small intestine in the process of digestion of CP. RUP could improve efficiently the production property for ruminant, reduce the environmental pollution with nitrogen and in- crease the utilization of protein and increase the content of quality protein. It was the major source of amino acid for ru- minant.Due to the great advantages of RUP, the applications in production were introduced based on its virtue in this paper.
