摘 要:采用中试模型对夏、冬两季净水厂生产废水回用进行了优化调试研究,考察了滤池反冲洗水和沉淀池排泥水在不同回用配比情况下,混合水浊度对达标投药量与节药率的影响。结果表明,在满足沉后水出水浊度达标(<2.5 NTU)的前提下,夏季时最适回用比为6%∶4%(冲洗水∶排泥水),最佳混合水浊度范围为100~175 NTU,混凝剂达标投药量为4~5 mg/L,此时相应的节药率为33.3%;相比之下,冬季时最适回用比为6%∶2%(冲洗水∶排泥水),最佳混合水浊度范围为80~105 NTU,节药率为25%,达标投药量为9~10 mg/L。在连续回用过程中沉后水浊度并未出现富集现象。Pilot-scale experimental models to optimize the operation of recycling sludge in both summer and winter were applied, and the impact of blended water turbidity on coagulant dosage was in- vestigated at different recycling ratios of sedimentation sludge to filter backwash water. The results indicated that, to meet the effluent turbidity standard (〈 2.5 NTU), the optimized recycling ratio was 6% : 4%, and the blended water turbidity was in range of 100 - 175 NTU in summer. The corresponding coagulant dose was in range of 4 -5 mg/L, which was reduced by 33.3%. In winter, the optimized recycling ratio was 6% : 2%, and the blended water turbidity was in range of 80 - 105 NTU. The corresponding coagulant dose was in range of 9 -10 mg/L, reduced by 25%. No significant accumulation was observed in sedimentation effluent turbidity during the entire recycling process.
