低温下Ni^+及螯合剂对厌氧产气特性的影响研究

摘  要:在15℃的低温条件下,以牛粪为发酵底物,通过静态试验考察了乙二胺四乙酸(EDTA)和柠檬酸(CA)两种金属螯合剂对Ni^+的螯合效果,并探究了螯合作用对厌氧发酵产气特性的影响。结果表明,当EDTA的投加量分别为25和50 mg/L时,总产气量相对于空白组分别提高了4.64%和8.51%;当CA的投加量分别为15和30 mg/L时,总产气量则分别提高了34.28%和49.48%。两种螯合剂都可以缓解脂肪酸的累积,激活产甲烷菌的活性,促进水解菌分解大分子有机物,最终提高厌氧发酵的沼气产量。Chelation of Ni + with two metal chelating agent ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid (ED- TA) and citric acid (CA) was investigated by static test using cow dung as fermentation substrate under low temperature of 15 ℃. The test also studied the effect of chelation on fermentation gasification characteristics. The results showed that gas production of different dosing quantity of each metal chelating agent--EDTA(25 mg/L, 50 rag/L) ,CA( 15 mg/L, 30 mg/L) had been improved by 4.64%, 8.51%, 34.28% and 49.48% compared with blank group respectively. EDTA and CA both can ease the accumulation of fatty acids, active methane producing bacteria, promote hydrolysis bacteria to decompose organic molecules, thereby enhancing biogas production.
