摘 要:目的建立石菖蒲挥发油的药效指纹图谱,为石菖蒲的质量评价提供依据。方法采用GC法建立石菖蒲挥发油的色谱指纹图谱,将在5个药效实验中均有显效的4类样品共38批挥发油指纹图谱导入中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统(2004A版)中生成对照指纹图谱,初步建立石菖蒲挥发油的药效指纹图谱,并初步探讨石菖蒲的质量标准。结果在本实验条件下,获得了较理想的包含特征信息的石菖蒲挥发油GC指纹图谱;初步拟定石菖蒲的质量标准为:含挥发油不得少于1.0 m L·g^(-1),挥发油中β-细辛醚相对含量不少于60%。结论基于谱效学建立的药效指纹图谱科学、合理,为石菖蒲的质量评价提供依据。Objective To construct the pharmacodynamic fingerprints of volatile oil from Rhizoma Acori Tatarinowii(RAT),and to provide the basis for quality evaluation of RAT. Methods The fingerprint of RAT were established by gas chromatography(GC). The common pattern of the fingerprint was obtained by the average value of GC fingerprints from 4 kind and 38 batches of RAT samples in all, which showed marked effect in the five pharmacodynamic experiments. The initial pharmacodynamic fingerprint was established and the quality standard of RAT was set up preliminarily. Results Under the established experimental conditions,we got the satisfactory characteristic information of the GC fingerprint of RAT volatile oil. The quality standard of RAT was drafted preliminarily:volatile oil content being not less than 1.0 %(m L·g(-1)),the relative content of β-asarone of volatile oil being not less than 60 %. Conclusion The pharmacodynamic fingerprints based on spectral efficiency is scientific and reasonable. It can provide the basis for the quality evaluation of RAT.
