摘　　要：目的建立一种简便、快捷的测定中药酒剂中甲醇、乙酸乙酯、正丙醇、正丁醇、仲丁醇、异丁醇和异戊醇的顶空气相色谱(内标)方法。方法使用气相色谱法测定中药酒剂中甲醇、乙酸乙酯、正丙醇、正丁醇、仲丁醇、异丁醇和异戊醇的含量。检测器为Agilent 6890型气相色谱仪;色谱柱为毛细管柱DA-624(60 m×0.32 mm×1.80μm);载气为氮气;流速为33 m L·min^(-1);空气流速为400 m L·min^(-1);氢气流速为40 m L·min^(-1);气化室温度为210℃;检测器温度为240℃;使用程序升温的方式将各组分分离。结果该法7种成分在0.107~1.807 g·L^(-1)范围内线性显著,检测限为0.949~7.356 mg·L^(-1)。平均加标回收率为91.77%~99.66%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.76%~3.68%(n=9)。结论该方法可操作性强,对实验设备要求简单。可用于中药酒剂中甲醇、乙酸乙酯、正丙醇、正丁醇、仲丁醇、异丁醇和异戊醇的检测。Objective To establish a simple and quick method for the determination of methanol, ethyl acetate,n-propanol,n-butyl alcohol,sec-butyl alcohol,isobutanol and isoamyl alcohol in Chinese medicine health wine by head-space gas chromatography（GC）. Methods The gas chromatography method was adopted. The detector was Agilent 6890,chromatographic column was DA-624 capillary column（60 m×0.32 mm×1.80 μm）,nitrogen was taken as the carrier gas,and the flow rate was 33 m L·min（-1）. The air flow rate was 400 m L·min（-1） and hydrogen flow rate was 40 m L·min（-1）. Gasification chamber temperature was 210 ℃ and detector temperature was 240 ℃. The temperature-programmed method was used to separate the substances in the liquors of Chinese herbal medicine.Results The seven analytes had significant linear relationship in the detection range of 0.107～1.807 g·L（-1）,and the detection limit was 0.949～7.356 mg·L（-1）. The average recoveries were in the range of 91.77 % ～ 99.66 %,and RSDs were between 1.76 % ～ 3.68 %（n=9）. Conclusion The established method is effective and practical for the detection of methanol, ethyl acetate, n-propanol, n-butyl alcohol, sec-butyl alcohol, isobutanol and isoamyl alcohol in Chinese medicine health wine.
