摘　　要：慢性萎缩性胃炎是常见且较为严重的疾病之一,西医对其研究及治疗方法有限,中医药则对其掌握特色有效的治疗方法。临床上以脾胃虚寒型常见,从脾胃虚寒型萎缩性胃炎的病名、病因病机、中西医结合治疗概况及研究进展进行综述。Chronic atrophic gastritis is one of the common and serious diseases, western medicine has its limit in research and thera py, traditional Chinese medicine masters characteristic and effective therapies to cure it. The most common and clinical type of this disease is weakness in the spleen stomach,so the author expounds the disease in detail in this paper from the name,etiology and path- ogenesis,general situation of Integrative medicine , and research progress.
