摘  要:目的:为保证俄色药材的食用和药用的安全性和有效性,对俄色药材农药残留和重金属元素含量的测定方法及控制条件进行研究.方法:采用气相色谱法测定有机农药残留,石墨炉法对铅、镉、砷含量的测定,电感偶合等离子体发射光谱(ICP-AES)法对铜、汞含量的测定.结果:没有检出农药残留和重金属铅,砷,汞,镉(含量低于最低检测限).铜的含量也相对较小,仅为1.162 mg/kg.结论:俄色药材农药残留和重金属元素含量的测定表明俄色样品均符合国家药典标准和我国《药用植物及制剂进出口绿色行业标准》限量指标.Objective:In order to ensure the safety and effectiveness of ES, the determination method of pesticide residues and heavy metal elements in ES herbs were studied. Methods:The residues of pesticides were determined by capillary gas chroma- tography and the metal contents were determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry (for Pd, Cd and As )and ICP-AES( for Hg and Cu). Results:No pesticide residues and heavy metals were detected( The contents was below LOD). The content of copper was only 1. 162 mg/kg. Conelusion:The contents of heavy metals and pesticide residues in the samples were in accordance with the National Pharmacopoeia Standard and the Green Industry Standard for Import and Export of Medicinal Plants and Preparations.
