以焦裕禄精神推进基层服务型政府建设的实践探究

摘　　要：焦裕禄精神是以全心全意为人民服务为核心内容的时代精神,它包括为民服务的公仆精神、自强不息的奋斗精神、实事求是的务实精神、清正廉洁的奉献精神等。焦裕禄精神与基层服务型政府在本质上是一致的,都体现了为人民服务的基本原则。为此,应弘扬焦裕禄精神,积极推进基层服务型政府建设,以更好地提高基层政府的公共服务能力。The spirit of Jiao Yulu is the spirit of the times to serve the people wholeheartedly as the core content. It includes the civil service servant spirit, unremitting self - improvement spirit, the spirit of seeking the truth and honest dedication spirit etc. The spirit of Jiao Yulu and the basic service government are consistent in nature, which embodies the basic principles of serving the people. Therefore, we should carry forward the spirit of Jiao Yulu, promote the construction of grass - roots service - oriented government actively as to improve the grass -roots government＇s public service capabilities better.
