摘　　要：随着中医药高校图书馆学科服务工作的不断开展,科技查新逐渐与学科服务形成了紧密的联系。以湖南中医药大学图书馆信息服务部为例,通过介绍该馆科技查新人员与学科馆员双岗合一制度,分析科技查新参与学科服务的现状,探讨中医药院校科技查新参与重点学科服务的模式、优势及其意义,结合学校图书馆学科服务工作所面临的问题,扬长避短,从而进一步提高学科服务水平,促进学校图书馆信息服务部的发展。With the continuous development of the subject service of University libraries of traditional Chinese medicine, science and technology novelty search has formed a close relationship with subject service. Taking the department of library information service in Hunan University of Chinese Medicine as an example, through introducing the integrated science and technology novelty search - sub- ject librarian post system in the department, the status that science and technology novelty search participating in subject service is ana- lyzed, through the discussion of the mode, the advantages and significance that science and technology novelty search participating in subject service in traditional Chinese medicine colleges and universities and combing the problems of the subject service work of our u~ niversity library, foster strengths and circumvent weaknesses, so as to further enhance the level of subject service, promote the develop- merit of our university library information service department. 5 refs.
