摘　　要：首先介绍了涂装车间电泳槽玻璃钢的问题现状,之后根据问题现状制定了玻璃钢衬里整返方案。结合玻璃钢衬里整返的实际经验,介绍了电泳槽玻璃钢衬里整返全过程,包括施工前的工作准备、施工过程、施工后的检测以及施工过程中的注意事项等内容。Firstly, the problem of glass fiber reinforced plastics lining in the electrophoresis tank of painting workshop was introduced. Secondly, according to the present situation of the problem, the improvement scheme of glass fiber reinforced plastic lining was formulated. Finally, combing with the experience, the improvement process was introduced including preparation of the work before construction, construction process, the test and the process of attention and so on.
