摘 要:通过对选矿产品精矿和尾矿进行理化分析,发现铝土矿浮选产品精矿和尾矿的化学成分和物相组成均存在较大的差异,两种产品的粒度分布特性也不同,导致沉降性能存在较大的差异,不同絮凝剂对精矿和尾矿的沉降效果差别较大。通过不同絮凝剂在不同p H值条件下精矿和尾矿沉降性能研究,考察产品的絮凝沉降机理,分析导致精矿、尾矿沉降差异的主要因素有矿物本身晶体结构,解离表面荷电性质差异、颗粒粒度分布等。提出精矿、尾矿沉降絮凝剂选择方法,精矿沉降在达到相同的效果时,AN7V絮凝剂用量较AN7B降低约30%。因此精矿和尾矿沉降性能的研究将有利于浮选产品沉降用絮凝剂的选择,合适的絮凝可减少药剂用量,降低生产成本。Through the study of the physical and chemical of ore dressing products concentrate and tailings analysis, it is found that the chemical composi- tion and phase composition have a big difference between bauxite flotation concentrates and tailings and the particle size are different too, so there are man- y differences settling performance between them. Different flocculants has different the settling effect of concentrates and tailings. Through researching con- eentrate and railings settling performance by different flocculants in different pH conditions, and settlement mechanism of the product is investigated, and the main factors which lead to two products settlement difference are analyzed, they are mineral crystal structure, dissociation on the surface of charged property, and particle size distribution, etc. The selection methods of flocculants are proposed. For the same results, the dosage of ANTV is less 30% than AN7B. Therefore the research of bauxite flotation concentrates and tailings setfleability will be conductive to the choice of flocculate for the floatation products. The appropriate flocculation can decrease dosage and reduce the production cost.
