摘 要:探索了在Li F-KCl-Sc F3体系中电解制备Al-Mg-Sc合金的工艺过程,重点考察电势、电流效率及钪析出量的变化趋向。研究表明,电势随电流强度的变大呈升高趋势;加料前后电势降低约0.37V;温度由750℃升高到800℃时,反电动势从3.98V降至3.06V;电流效率随着电流强度和实验温度的增加先升高再降低,最佳实验温度为790℃;添加1wt%Sc2O3得到的加料周期是13min;在780℃、3.5A的条件下电解120min可获得钪含量为0.59%的三元合金,效率达72.1%。The preparing process of Al - Mg - Sc alloys in LiF - KCl- ScF3 molten salt electrolyte system was investigated, and the change tends of back EMF, current efficiency and precipitation quantity of Sc were mainly researched. The results showed that the back EMF increased with the current density increasing, it reduced from 3.98V to 3.06V when the temperature increased from 750℃ to 800℃. The current efficiency rose first and then dropped with increasing of current intensity and electrolysis duration, and optimum electrolysis temperature was 790℃. Back EMF decreased0. 37V after feeding for 13min. The Al - Mg - Sc alloys with the Sc content of 0. 59% could be obtained by electrolyzing for 120min at the current of 3.5A and 780℃, and the current efficiency could reach 72.1%.
