摘 要:泡沫铝复合结构是由致密金属外壳和泡沫铝芯通过各种连接方法结合而成。连接方法主要有物理结合(如胶粘法、扩散法)与化学结合(如自蔓延法)等。泡沫铝复合结构不仅具有泡沫铝的吸能性、阻热性等,又兼备致密材料的强度和韧性。本文介绍了泡沫铝复合结构的结合方式和性能特点,阐述了国内外对泡沫铝复合结构的应用及研究现状,并对泡沫铝国内外市场进行分析及未来发展的预测。Aluminum foam composite structure is made of a compact layer of metal and aluminum foam core through a variety of connections. The physical methods such as adhesive bonding, diffusion and the chemical methods such as propagating are used to prepare aluminum foam composite structure gener- ally. Not only has composite structure properties of excellent compression resistance, energy absorption capacity and thermal resistance which aluminum foam exists, but also a certain strength and toughness of the compact material can reach. In this paper the combination and performance characteristics of the foamed aluminum composite structure are introduced. And the research status of applications for aluminum foam composite structure at home and abroad is described. In addition, some viewpoints and outlook are proposed.
