摘　　要：既有建筑绿色化改造将成为绿色建筑类别中重要的组成部分,但我国对于既有建筑绿色化改造项目目前还未有统一的参考标准。绿色诊断是绿色化改造中重要的阶段,诊断结果是改造方案的参照依据和改造技术的支撑,为既有建筑改造成绿色建筑并有效运营奠定了重要的第一步。因此通过内蒙古规划设计院办公楼项目绿色化改造中制定的诊断方法和内容进行分析,体现出诊断过程对整个绿色化改造的必要性。Green transformation of existing buildings will become an important part of green buildings category, but our green transformation of existing buildings for the project has yet to have a unified reference standard. Green diagnosis is an important stage of green transformation;the diagnosis is based on the transformation of the reference solution and the transformation of technical support for the renovation of existing buildings into green buildings and the effective operation laid an important first step. Therefore, diagnostic methods were analyzed by Planning and Design Institute, lnner Mongolia green building projects in the development and transformation of content, reflecting the need for diagnostic procedures for the entire green transformation.
