摘 要:DGJ 32/J19-2015《绿色建筑工程施工质量验收规范》提出了保温材料黏结面积比剥离检验方法,但在实际应用中发现采用钢尺测量黏结面积受制于黏结砂浆形状的不规则性,检测精度无法保证。论文提出基于色差分析技术的保温材料黏结面积比检测方法,从现场取样、图片处理、黏结面积比计算三方面详细介绍了此方法的操作流程,供广大工程技术人员参考。The stripping test method for the bonding area ratio of thermal insulation materials was put forward in "Accepting code for the quality of green building" (DGJ 32/J19-2015), however, it was found out in practical application that the method of measuring bonding area with a steel ruler was restricted by the irregularity of the shape of bonding area, and the detection accuracy couldn't be guaranteed. The testing method for bonding area ration of thermal insulation material based on the color difference analysis technology was put forward in this paper. The operation process of this method is introduced in detail from three aspects: in-situ sampling, image-processing and bonding area ratio calculation, which is a reference for engineers and technicians.
