摘　　要：目的 探讨以家庭为中心的护理模式在儿童慢性伤口中的应用效果.方法 将2016年3-5月就诊的51例慢性伤口患儿作为试验组,采用以家庭为中心的护理模式,其模式包括疼痛护理和人文关怀,多途径协同健康教育,家庭照护指导和延续护理;将2015年11月至2016年2月收治的59例慢性伤口患儿作为对照组,按常规方法护理.观察比较2组的效果.结果 试验组慢性伤口患儿疼痛评分、伤口愈合时间、主要照顾者对慢性伤口相关知识得分、对护理服务满意度得分分别为（3.86±1.63）分、（25.63±7.07）d、（26.22±5.21）分、（2.65±0.60）分,对照组分别为（5.56±1.77）分、（34.26±11.69）d、（18.03±4.43）分、（2.22±0.67）分,2组比较差异有统计学意义（t=3.505~8.911,均P〈0.05）.结论 以家庭为中心的护理模式能减轻慢性伤口患儿换药时疼痛、促进伤口愈合、提高健康教育效果和护理工作满意度,同时也为慢性伤口患儿在离院后的家庭照护奠定了基础.Objective To explore the effect of family-centered nursing care model in children with chronic wound. Methods A total of 51 children with chronic wound from March to May 2016 were organized as experimental group and given nursing care according to the family-centered model, including pain and humanistic care, health education in various ways, family care instruction and continued-nursing. A total of 59 children with chronic wound from November 2015 to February 2016 were organized as control group and given conventional nursing. The effect were observed and compared between two groups. Results Pain scores, wound healing time, main caregivers＆#39; knowledge scores of wound care and satisfaction degree for nursing care were （3.86 ± 1.63） points, （25.63 ± 7.07） days, （26.22 ± 5.21） points, （2.65 ± 0.60） points respectively in experimental group, and （5.56 ± 1.77） points, （34.26 ± 11.69） days, （18.03 ± 4.43） points, （2.22 ± 0.67） points respectively in control group. There were significant differences between two groups（t=3.505-8.911, all P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions Family-centered nursing model can relieve pain, promote the healing time, advance the effects of education and the qualities of nursing care, meantime, provide a good base for family care of children with chronic wound.
